Operations Administration Assistant
This is a permanent position and will initially be based at our site office in Littleport, Cambridge. Applicants should be aware that this office will relocate to larger premises within the next two months and our proposed location is Lancaster Way, Witchford.

In this role, you will provide a range of administration support functions to the Operations Manager and Project Managers. You will require the following attributes:

  • Computer literacy, Excel, Word,
  • Good organisational skills
  • Numerical skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as the initiative to work alone
  • The ability to deal with customer issues that may arise.

The scope of work will include producing quotes for work - generated at Project Manager level. This is generally carried out via a bespoke web based system (full training will be provided). You will then liaise with our customer to obtain Purchase Orders for each quote which enables the work to be scheduled in our work programme.

Upon completion of the work you will be required to collect all documentation necessary for customer authorisation, allowing for invoicing which is carried out at our Ely office. In addition, you will also collect staff timesheets, etc. and liaise with our Ely office on a regular basis.

Office Administrator

This is a permanent position and based at our Ely Office.

In this role, you will provide support to our existing administration department. Applicants will require the following attributes:

  • Computer literacy, Word, Excel, Access
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Typing skills
  • Numerical skills.

The scope of work will include administration support to the Health and Safety Managers, General Manager and existing Administration (suppliers, customers, employees).
